For GrabExpress and GrabMart services, you can only cancel the order before a driver has been assigned and the order is in the preparation stage. If the order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order via the Grab app.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an immediate refund if you paid through GrabPay. However, if you used another payment method, it may take up to 14-30 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
