Return Policy
At first, it’s unbelievable and surprising, but Pomelo offers the return period of 365 days (a year) to return the purchased items. Also, this would imply some general conditions i.e. the return items must be in the original conditions as they were received, unworn and unwashed. But, one must return store purchases within 30 days. Some items like earrings and socks are not returnable at all.

Pomelo makes it worthwhile, as it promises the refunds with utmost precision. The refund will only include 100% of the amount paid and not the cost of return. As you would make a return at Pomelo, acting in accordance with the guidelines, you are assured to receive your refunds within 26 days through Pomelo Store Credit or back in your card. The Store Credit will be valid for 365 days.
