Obtaining a warranty period for your purchased device is an additional advantage, regardless of which device you choose. For graphic tablets and displays, XP Pen provides an 18-month warranty period from the date of purchase.
This warranty only applies to devices that XP Pen manufactures. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, the device or parts will be replaced instead of repaired.

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
If you are returning a product due to quality issues, please include the serial and order number as well as video or picture evidence of the problem.
If you are returning a product due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be the consumer's responsibility.
Additionally, if the product has been used, the buyer will be responsible for a depreciation fee ranging from 10-20%.
XP Pen employs various shipping and delivery methods for its products based on their sizes and weight, with all orders originating from its CN warehouse.
Please note that all orders require up to two or three days for processing before shipment. While XP Pen uses reputable carrier services, they cannot guarantee same-day or next-day delivery.
The Manila warehouse is primarily responsible for shipping products, while the China warehouse handles accessories. J&T, UPS, and DHL are the primary carriers for these shipments. Estimated delivery times range from 2-15 days.
